Maureen Daly, Partner and Head of Technology & Intellectual Property was a speaker at the Intellectual Property Ireland 2009 Conference which took place at the O'Callaghan Alexander Hotel on Wednesday 18th February 2009.  Maureen spoke on the "Copyright Challenges of Web 2.0", examining the liability of service providers and uploaders in the context of illegal peer-to-peer file-sharing and user-generated content in the Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
