Colm is an associate in the Construction and Procurement Group.

 

Colm practises in all aspects of procurement and construction law with particular emphasis on non contentious construction matters, including the drafting of construction contracts for commercial, retail and industrial developments.

  

Colm also has extensive commercial property experience. In particular he advises on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial property including hotels, shopping centre units, retail parks and office developments. He also has experience in related property matters including residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant issues.
