Damian Maloney is an associate specialising in corporate restructuring.

 
Damian came to Beauchamps with Landwell Solicitors in January 2012.  Damian joined Landwell in early 2006 and specialises in all aspects of corporate restructuring and advising on company law matters generally. He previously spent a number of years working in industry both in Ireland and in Australia. Prior to that he worked in the corporate legal advisory department of one of the big four accounting firms in Dublin.

 
Damian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Accounting (Hons) from the University of Limerick and the degree of Barrister at Law from The Honourable Society of King's Inns.
