Fidelma McManus is an associate in  the Commercial Property department and practises in all aspects of commercial property.   She advises in relation to the  acquisition, structuring, financing, disposal and leasing of various types of property, including mixed commercial and residential developments, shopping centres, retail parks  and office developments.  She also has experience in related property matters including  banking, property due diligence, landlord and tenant issues and residential conveyancing.

 

Fidelma has obtained diplomas in Commercial Conveyancing and Property Tax from the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
