Karen Dunleavy is an associate specialising in commercial, corporate and employment law. Karen previously worked Landwell Solicitors which merged with Beauchamps in January 2012. 

 

Karen specialises in the sale and purchase of private companies, venture capital investments, corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts as well as advising clients generally on commercial, company and employment law matters. Karen has a broad range of experience in advising both Irish and foreign clients on Irish company law, corporate governance and general commercial matters.
 

Karen has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree (with European Legal Studies) and a post-graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
