Michael Moore is an associate specialising in regulatory and administrative law as well as corporate and commercial law.  Michael was an associate in Landwell Solicitors which merged with Beauchamps in January 2012.  Michael joined Landwell in 2005 and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, general commercial law, company law, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, judicial review proceedings and debt collection matters.

  
Michael also focuses on regulatory and administrative law and has provided advice to clients on statutory interpretation, the powers and functions of public bodies and the requirements of constitutional justice and fair procedures. He has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in healthcare law which has included litigation, disciplinary hearings and judicial review proceedings.

  
Michael also has experience in relation to commercial and company law matters. He has advised both private and public clients in relation to corporate governance and compliance, corporate reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.

 
Michael was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2002 and is an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
