Sinéad O'Brien
Sinéad is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. She has considerable experience representing clients in relation to a broad range of matters. Her experience includes dealing with clients on all aspects of the employment law relationship from pre-employment matters to termination. She also acts in commercial law disputes and in relation to personal injuries matters.
  
Sinéad is currently on secondment as the solicitor to the Office of the Parliamentary Legal Adviser (Houses of the Oireachtas). She provides specialist advice in relation to public and administrative law issues including advising on the powers, rights and obligations of the Houses and their Committees.  In particular she has acted as the legal adviser to the Members’ Interests Committees of both Dáil Éireann and Seanad Éireann regarding their work carrying out investigations under the Ethics in Public Office Acts 1995 and 2001.
