About Colm
Colm is a partner in our commercial real estate team. Colm has broad commercial property experience, advising on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial property - including hotels, shopping centre units, retail parks and office developments-, as well as on landlord and tenant law issues and negotiating commercial leases.
Colm has extensive recent experience in the area of enforcement and insolvency related property matters and works with receivers, financial institutions and other service providers in relation to the management and disposal of large property portfolios and his team is the market leader in this area.
Colm has also acted for developers and construction professionals in negotiating construction contracts for numerous development projects.
Relevant Experience
- A large financial institution on the appointment of receivers and the subsequent disposal of a portfolio of 2000 residential, commercial, mixed use properties; Colm is lead partner on this project
- A Receiver on his appointment over a large portfolio of over 700 residential investment properties by an Irish financial institution and the subsequent disposal of the properties
- Institutional and private clients on a broad range of property and landlord and tenant law matters
