Edward Evans is a partner specialising in corporate and commercial law and regulatory and administrative law. Edward was the founding partner of Landwell Solicitors which merged with Beauchamps in January 2012.
Before establishing Landwell in 1999, Edward was a partner in a Top 5 Dublin commercial law firm specialising in commercial, financial and intellectual property matters.
Edward provides advice on a broad range of commercial legal issues, (including mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of financial services) to a range of domestic and international clients in various industries sectors including banking and insurance, software, retail and manufacturing, distribution and logistics. Edward also works in the areas of regulatory and administrative law and acts for a number of public bodies, advising them as statutory interpretation, powers and functions, judicial review and fitness to practice procedures.
He has presented to a number of seminars and conferences on various areas of commercial and information technology law and writes regularly for business and commercial publications. Edward holds an LLB from Trinity College.
