Emma is a partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution department.  Emma has wide experience in contract disputes, negligence, product liability and construction litigation.  She advises various clients on many aspects in relation to public liability claims and also has extensive experience in the area of both plaintiff and defendant insurance litigation.
