Emma practises mainly in the areas of commercial disputes and tortuous liability specifically public liability and employers liability.  Emma specifically advises on professional negligence claims and advises the Solicitors Mutual Defence Fund Limited.  Emma also acts for a number of commercial and private clients in commercial litigation claims dealing with areas such as breach of contract, judicial review and product liability.
