Gerry is a partner in the commercial property department and practises in all aspects of commercial property. In particular, Gerry advises on the acquisition, structuring and disposal of all commercial, retail and industrial property, together with associated bank financing.   He also facilitates the liquor and events licensing requirements of all our entertainment and retail clients.

 

Gerry also holds a diploma in Property Tax and Commercial Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
