Mark is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His pratice areas include employee dismissal issues, disciplinary investigations, work-related illness, stress, bullying and harassment claims, contract disputes, regulatory and procedural issues.  He has extensive litigation experience in the High Court, Circuit Court and Employment Appeals Tribunal.
