Máire is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department and has extensive experience in all areas of corporate law with a particular focus on private equity and corporate restructuring. She advises Irish and international clients on a broad range of transactions, including complex and sophisticated acquisitions and restructurings, shareholder relations and has particular experience and skill in equity investments and integrated finance packages. Máire continues to do a great deal of work in venture capital, acting for both investors and investees, particularly in the healthcare, technology and alternative energy sectors.

Máire is a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and an examiner in business law in the Law Society of Ireland. Máire joined Beauchamps as a partner in November, 2006, having worked with A&L Goodbody for seven years.
