Niall is a partner in the Commercial Property Department where he practices in all aspects of commercial property and has been involved in most of the major property developments in Ireland, principally in Dublin in the last 20 years.

 

Niall also practices in the area of Planning and Environmental law and has advised developers on a diverse range of issues including site assembly, services to sites, compulsory purchase orders and compensation.

 

Niall has been recognised for his work in real estate and commercial property in numerous leading law directories including Chambers Global, European Legal 500 and European Legal Experts.
