Pauline is a partner specialising in commercial and corporate law. Pauline has a wide experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, venture capital, fundraising, shareholders agreements and related areas. In addition Pauline acts for both publicly held and private, mature and start up, Irish and international clients advising them on general commercial and corporate restructuring matters.  Pauline was a partner in Landwell which merged with Beauchamps in January 2012.

   
Pauline joined Landwell in 2000 from a Top 5 Dublin commercial law firm. Pauline has a B A (Hons) in European Studies (major in Law) from University of Limerick and a Diploma in property tax from the Law Society of Ireland.
