Philip is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution department practicing in medical and insurance litigation. He also advises on the resolution of shareholder disputes, enforcement of shareholders agreements, contractual disputes concerning suppliers of services and goods, debt recovery, protection of private and corporate interests generally, and corporate rescue. Philip also advises on injunctions, particularly relating to property and construction and has considerable expertise in business and property law.
