Shaun is a partner in the firms’ Corporate and Commercial Department and from 2008 to 2011 served as Beauchamps Solicitors Managing Partner.
His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, inward investment and general commercial matters. He advises clients across a wide spectrum of activities including life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, hotel and leisure.
