On the corporate law side we have extensive experience in providing advice on a range of issues including asset financing and commercial lending, capital investments, corporate re-structuring, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders agreements, share investments and inward investment.
 
On the commercial law side, we advise clients on a wide range of commercial agreements including agency, distribution, franchise and licence agreements, and terms and conditions of sale and purchase.
