About Lorraine
Lorraine McDermott is an associate in our commercial real estate team. Lorraine primarily works with large financial institutions and their appointed Receivers in relation to the management and disposal of real estate assets. She also advises private clients in the acquisition, disposal and financing of residential properties.
Lorraine has specialist experience in advising on the enforcement of security over property assets, the appointment of fixed asset receivers and the sale of distressed property.
