Maitiu is a partner and is head of the Commercial Property Department. His practice areas include all aspects of commercial property, non-contentious construction law, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments and collateral warranties.  He acts for a wide range of private and institutional developers, financial institutions, local authorities, commercial tenants and professionals working in the construction industry.
