Robert is an associate in our commercial real estate team and is a key member of our specialised housing team. Robert works with Approved Housing Bodies, public bodies, local authorities and developers on all areas of commercial and residential property.
Robert specialises in bulk acquisitions projects, with a strong knowledge of construction, financing and leasing of various types of properties.
Relevant Experience
- Approved Housing Bodies on the development, acquisition, construction and financing of residential developments for social housing.
- Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency (Housing Agency) on the acquisition and sale of second-hand properties and in relation to the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) Scheme.
- Residential Housing acting in the sale and purchase of one-off residential housing units for both first time buyers, property investors and private landlords.
- Public Bodies on bulk acquisition of residential housing developments for onward sales under the Local Authority Affordable Purchaser Scheme.
