About Thérèse
Thérèse is an associate in our commercial real estate team and is a key member of the specialised housing team. She works with various local authorities, state agencies, Approved Housing Bodies, various lending institutions, receivers, developers and private clients on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of individual and bulk developments.
Thérèse has also worked In House with our clients advising on property issues and creating solutions based on cost benefits for her client.
Relevant Experience
- Working In House with a large financial on the sale of portfolios, advising on the management of title issues for charged property and resolving ongoing matters for the client while aiding in the management of at team.
- Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency on the acquisition and disposal of individual and bulk developments both in trust for local authorities and for onward sale to Approved Housing Bodies
- Various Lending Institutions in carrying out title reviews and advising on and undertaking the disposal of property under Government’s Mortgage to Rent Scheme
- Private clients acting in the sale and purchase of residential housing units for first time buyers, property investors and private landlords
