Corporate Senior Associate

We are seeking a talented Corporate lawyer to join our highly regarded Corporate team as a Senior Associate, working across a broad range of complex corporate transactions for a diverse, cross‑sector client base

The opportunity

You will take ownership of key workstreams on public and private M&A and strategic corporate matters from term sheet to completion, acting as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients and counterparties, and collaborating closely with partners. The role combines high‑quality transactional work with advisory mandates, offering strong client exposure and the chance to help shape the continued growth of our corporate practice. 

What you will do

  • Lead and negotiate core transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and ancillary documentation, and manage disclosure and completion processes.
  • Advise on company law and execute related corporate governance and structuring work, including intragroup transfer and lending agreements.
  • Conduct targeted contract reviews and contribute to practice development through selective networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Support partners on a portfolio of client transactions and projects and contribute to mentoring within the team as appropriate to experience. 

What you will bring

  • 5+ years’ PQE with strong corporate transactional experience and demonstrable company law expertise.
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate SPAs/APAs, shareholders’ agreements and disclosure letters, with excellent technical drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, measured and detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving; confidence managing competing client demands and deadlines; and strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • High level of commercial awareness, excellent communication, and an outstanding work ethic grounded in a strong academic record and analytical capability.
