About Aidan
Aidan is a partner and head of our Commercial Real Estate team. Aidan specialises in mixed developments, construction law, acquisition and disposal of commercial property, environmental law, negotiations of leases, tax law and the acquisition and development of brownfield sites and greenfield sites.
Aidan has acted in major development projects including Smithfield Market; Belfield Office Park, Hanover Quay; Blackrock Business Park; acquisition and development of the Carechoice nursing home portfolio; the Port Tunnel Business Park and the National Sports Campus, Abbotstown.
