About Aisling
Aisling is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team, advising Irish and international developers, investors, financial institutions, property owners, operators, receivers and public and private sector bodies on a broad range of commercial property matters.
Aisling has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposal, development, financing and leasing of commercial and residential property, including large-scale mixed-use developments, investment properties and property portfolios. She regularly advises on complex title structures, planning and development issues, site assembly, development agreements and the property aspects of wider corporate and financing transactions.
Aisling has particular experience in operator-led real estate, including the healthcare, nursing home and purpose-built student accommodation sectors. She advises on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and ongoing management of operational properties, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams on the legal and commercial issues arising throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Her practice also includes advising financial institutions and borrowers on property finance and secured lending transactions, together with advising landlords and tenants on complex commercial leasing and asset management arrangements.
She takes a practical, commercially focused approach to transactions, working closely with clients to navigate complex property issues and deliver commercially effective solutions.

- Advising healthcare providers, nursing home operators and charitable organisations on property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, financing and asset management, including the property aspects of wider healthcare transactions and restructurings.
- Advising developers, investors and operators in the purpose-built student accommodation sector on property acquisitions, development arrangements, leasing and operational property matters.
- Advising financial institutions and borrowers on property finance and secured lending transactions involving commercial investment properties, development sites and property portfolios.
- Advising an international hotel management company on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and financing of hotel properties throughout Ireland, including a €17 million sale and leaseback transaction in Dublin.
- Advising private equity funds and property investors on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment properties and portfolios.
- Advising developers, landlords and commercial occupiers on significant leasing transactions, including agreements for lease, licences for works, rent reviews, break options, lease variations, surrenders and ongoing asset management.
- Advising national sporting bodies and other organisations on property transactions, development projects and ongoing estate management matters.
