Aoibhinn is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team. She acts for a broad range of clients, including landlords, tenants, lenders, private companies, developers, and individuals, advising on all aspects of residential and commercial property.
Aoibhinn has experience in commercial leasing, regularly advising both landlords and tenants on the negotiation of agreements for lease, licences for works, rent review provisions, and break options.
She also has experience in advising on the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
