About Nadine

Nadine is Of Counsel in our Corporate, Commercial & M&A group.

She specialises in transactional corporate work, advising Irish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private investments, venture capital transactions and general company law matters.

Nadine also advises on a broad range of commercial agreements and contracts, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to legal risk and business objectives.

She has extensive experience acting for domestic and international clients across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology, energy, financial services and health and wellbeing.

Nadine advises companies, founders, management teams and investors throughout the full corporate lifecycle, including establishment, fundraising, growth and exit.

Nadine trained and qualified into the corporate team of a top-tier international law firm in London, where she practised for several years before returning to Ireland. She also has experience working in-house, which gives her a strong commercial understanding of client priorities, risk management and decision-making. Her experience across private practice and in-house roles allows her to bring a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to complex transactions and advisory work.

Recent Experience

  • Willis Towers Watson on the auction sale of specialist insurance and (re)-insurance broker Miller Insurance Services to Cinven, the private equity firm, and GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. 
  • Paladin Capital as lead investor into Irish data science and AI development platform, Zerve AI. 
  • Ulster Bank and NatWest Group on the sale of its performing residential mortgage book, 25 branch locations, its performing micro-SME business direct book and its asset finance business to Permanent TSB for €6.75 billion. 
  • The shareholders of UK based submersible pump supplier, Euroflo Fluid Handling Limited on its acquisition by WTR Group. 
  • ABC Fitness (a Thoma Bravo company) on its acquisition of Irish gym management and software company, Glofox Limited for $450m. 
  • Tetra Tech, a NASDAQ listed company, on its acquisition of engineering consulting business Hoare Lea. 
  • The acquisition of Marshall Retail Group by WH Smith for £312 million. 
  • Comcast / Sky on its acquisition of a significant stake in Synamedia, the largest independent video software provider. 
  • Virgin Group, on its announced disposal of a 31% stake in Virgin Atlantic to Air France-KLM and the resulting three-party joint venture between them and Delta Airlines.
