About Sian
Sian is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate team. She advises across a broad range of complex real estate transactions, with particular expertise in large-scale retail schemes and digital infrastructure projects.
Sian advises leading retail businesses on their expansion and property strategies in Ireland, including the acquisition and leasing of new sites, portfolio management, and complex occupational arrangements. She also advises businesses entering and expanding within the Irish market, providing strategic advice on multi-site leasing programmes and negotiating high-value and complex leases, agreements for lease, licences and other property arrangements. She acts for both established retail operators and new market entrants, as well as landlords on significant retail developments and leasing programmes.
Sian also has experience advising on major digital infrastructure projects, including large-scale technology parks and data centre developments.
She is known for her pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach and works closely with her clients to understand their objectives to deliver practical advice that supports their wider business strategy.

- Advising a major international retailer on its expansion in the Irish market, including the acquisition and leasing of its retail premises and strategic expansion programme.
- Advising a private equity fund on the leasing of a major data centre development, including the associated property and energy requirements.
- Advising on all real estate aspects of the €2.4 billion expansion of the 184-acre Kildare Innovation Campus, including the development and leasing of the campus to major international technology and advanced manufacturing occupiers.
- Advising on the property aspects of a €340 million refinance/investment in Kildare Innovation Campus.
- Advising a private equity fund on the leasing of a 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility under a 20-year lease.
