Beauchamps’ M&A Group were delighted to advise Quinn Downes Group, a leading provider of mechanical services on its strategic partnership with SYCLEF, an international network of companies specialising in industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration and HVAC.
Established in 1999, Quinn Downes has grown into one of Ireland’s leading providers of mechanical services, HVAC installation and commissioning. The business evolved into two specialist companies, Quinn Downes Installation and Quinn Downes Service & Maintenance, employing over 130 people across Ireland.
The Group’s leadership team will remain in place, with the current directors continuing in their roles and retaining shareholdings in the Group.
