Beauchamps LLP is pleased to have advised the Land Development Agency (LDA) in connection with its proposed development of Kennedy Quay in Cork South Docks.
This project will deliver a major residential scheme at Kennedy Quay, including 103 apartments together with associated amenities and commercial space, and will form part of the ongoing regeneration of Cork’s Docklands Area. The development will also incorporate important works relating to the historic Odlums Building, supporting the wider redevelopment of this landmark waterfront location.
The project has been reported as being a major focus of Project Ireland 2040, the national development plan and proposed city development plans for Cork.
The Beauchamps deal team was led by Anne Maree Igoe alongside specialist teams from across the firm including Fiona Egan, Philip Hayden, Dylan Murphy (Construction) Jeanie Kelly (Planning & Environment) and Laura Brophy and Mark Doyle (Real Estate).
We were delighted to work with the LDA and its wider project team in successfully delivering this complex transaction.
