Beauchamps' Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring team successfully acted for a creditor in opposing a proposed Personal Insolvency Arrangement in respect of Eamon Hayes.
The case centred on a proposed debt settlement that sought significant creditor write-downs despite evidence that the debtor had access to greater means than those disclosed in the arrangement. Beauchamps challenged the Personal Insolvency Practitioner's application, with the High Court ultimately dismissing the application, representing a successful outcome for our client.
