Dublin 30 May 2023: Beauchamps is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners to our team: Pat McInerney, joining as head of the Public and Regulatory team, and Shane Costelloe, as partner in the Employment & Benefits Group, which will further strengthen our commitment to service excellence and the provision of business solutions for our clients.

Pat, a highly respected adviser to public sector bodies, educational institutions, local authorities, and regulators advises on administrative law, judicial reviews, investigations, privacy, procurement, and governance. Pat is also an experienced strategic advisor and commercial litigator with expertise in regulatory enforcement, tax and complex commercial disputes. Pat's skillset will complement our expanding and award-winning public and regulatory services.

Shane advises public and private sector entities in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with particular expertise in commercial transactions, due diligence, governance, share option schemes, outsourcing, consultancy and agency arrangements, change management and public sector advisory.

John White, managing partner of Beauchamps, said: "We are delighted to welcome Pat and Shane to the team. Both are energetic, practical, and talented lawyers. They enhance our bench strength and bring new areas of expertise and experience to our regulatory and employment teams."
