Beauchamps’ M&A Group were delighted to advise Dubai-based logistics and transportation provider Aramex on its acquisition of Dublin-headquartered Hawthorn Logistics Solutions.
Hawthorn Logistics Solutions provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, compliance, warehousing, distribution, and courier services to clients across Ireland and international markets.
Aramex was founded in 1982 and has emerged as a global leader in logistics and transportation and is listed on the Dubai Financial Market since 2005. The company operates in over 600 cities across 70 countries and employs more than 16,000 professionals worldwide.
The acquisition provides Aramex with an established Irish operation and local market expertise whilst offering Hawthorn Logistics Solutions access to Aramex's global network and resources for future expansion.
