Beauchamps' Commercial Real Estate team is pleased to continue advising on the €2.4 billion expansion of the 184-acre Kildare Innovation Campus with our multidisciplinary team of finance, real estate, construction, planning, energy and environmental law specialists. This includes acting as the sole Irish legal adviser on Ares Management's €340 million refinance/investment in the campus earlier this year.
The campus is already home to leading companies including MGS Ireland, Mercury, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cully Automation, DXC Technology and Nikon Precision Europe, employing more than 1,000 people. With the potential to create thousands of additional jobs, the development represents a significant investment in Ireland's innovation ecosysytem. Since January, all but one of the buildings have been pre-let to global blue chip technology companies, reflecting strong demand from businesses expanding their operations across deep tech, photonics, biotech, machine learning, robotics and advanced manufacturing.
